How to tone thighs – How I did it!

Just like you I hated my thighs and they were starting to make me miserable. I had no self confidence, and it was affecting my relationship with my husband Mike. I was so embarrassed by my big thighs, they started to ruin my everyday life. I stopped getting undressed in front of my husband, I hated shopping and couldn’t stand trying on new clothes. Skirts and swimwear were out of the question – I practically lived in my old sweat pants.

I’ve never been great at dieting. I hate jogging/running and I really didn’t like the idea of joining a gym… but I decided to give it a shot and signed up. What a mistake… I hated the atmosphere, I felt even fatter and because I couldn’t afford a personal trainer I don’t even think I was using the machines properly. I ended up going about twice a month and yeah… you’ve guessed it, it didn’t work. Another huge waste of time and money.  

I was so desperate I started to save for liposuction, that’s how bad my body image was. I knew I wasn’t fat, I just wanted to finally get rid of the flabby areas around my big thighs.

And then… I came across this program that had tons of success stories from women just like me who had seen dramatic weight loss in just a few weeks. The before and after pictures of these women are amazing. I was really jealous that they had these gorgeous new toned bodies and I didn’t. I thought, if all these women can look this good, why can’t I? So… I tried the program and it was exactly what I needed to learn how to tone thighs the right way. 

Two months down the road, I’ve managed to lose weight, I’ve got firm thighs… AND I’ve got a super toned butt, wobble free arms and a flat stomach!

Better than that, I actually started to see results in the first week. I couldn’t believe it.

For the first time in years I’m confident about my body and feel sexy again! My husband loves my new toned body, but hates the attention I get from other guys.

I’m really looking forward to my summer vacation this year. This will be the first time in about 10 years that I hit the beach and don’t cover up with a sarong. I can fit into all my old clothes and last month I went crazy with my credit card and bought a whole bunch of sexy new ones. I spent waaaaay to much money, but it was sooooo worth it.

You might be a little put off at first (like I was) by the pictures of muscle bound guys and assume this is a product for men. But, when I scrolled down a little I found the page for women and quickly realised I’d come to the right place… phew!

I know what you’re going through and I know how hard it is to get started and with a new fitness program.  But, if you stick with it, you’ll be amazed at how great you look and feel in just a few short weeks.

How to Slim Thighs – What works and what doesn’t!

I hated my fat thighs… they made me miserable for years. They were ugly, wobbled when I moved and were sore when they rubbed together. But, I just couldn’t find anything that got rid of the fat. I didn’t know how to tone thighs and didn’t have a clue about losing thigh weight – I was stuck in a rut and sick of it.

I’ve literally tried everything and here is quick review of some the techniques I used when trying to get firm thighs…

Cardio
I honestly don’t think I’ve ever met a woman who liked to run or jog. I’m in pretty good shape, but after about five minutes of running/jogging I’m ready to quit. Running is a great way to burn calories and fat, but it’s no fun. It was definitely my least favourite exercise, but if you manage to stick with it you can definitely expect to see results that start to tone up your body. 

Inner and Outer thigh Exercises
Give me outer and inner thigh exercises over running any day, but you just don’t get the same great results. These exercises will indeed tone and firm your thighs muscles, but you can’t to see any changes because the fat is still be there! Body toning exercises will only work if you use them alongside a cardio and weight loss programme. 

Yoga
I love yoga. It’s a great for working the mind, body and spirit, but again like leg exercises you won’t see any results unless it’s teamed with cardio and dieting etc. I would definitely recommend yoga, but your unlikely to see any drastic results or changes to your thighs.

Dieting
The problem with dieting is that I’d never found one I could stick to. I yo you dieted for years. I would lose the weight and them pile it all back on again. But, nothing ever really worked.  

Conclusion… It took me a long time to find out how to tone thighs the right way, but I finally have the firm thighs I’ve always dreamed of. If you too wanna get rid of your fat thighs you need to find a programme that uses a number of proven techniques that work together to give you real results.

How To Tone Thighs – Why Is It So Hard?

We live in a world where we’re bombarded with pictures of celebrities and their perfect bodies, making it hard for us REAL women to love our own bodies. Most women I know hate their thighs, but they don’t know how to tone thighs. We all think our legs are either too thin, too fat or too flabby, but just don’t know how to fix them. 

I, like most women know I’m never going to have legs like Jennifer Aniston or J-Lo, but I still want to look good. So, why is it soooo hard to tone thighs? All women have problem areas (even celebrities) and they’re usually either our tummies, butts or thighs. Why is this you ask? Well, these are the main areas that women store fat, making them often the most difficult areas to target. 

I work in an office and found that sitting at my at my desk all day was adding to my fat thighs problem. I realised the amount of calories I was consuming combined with my lack of exercise was causing me to store fat in my no.1 problem area… my thighs. The problem is – once the fat’s there it’s difficult to target and hard to find out how to tone thighs the right way. Cardio is great way of burning fat, but it’s difficult to target thighs with these exercises. There are a number of leg exercises for the inner and outer thighs, but alone these exercises will do little to help you achieve firm thighs.

The best way I found to achieve perfect wobble free thighs is to use a program that teaches you how to  tone up by combining techniques like… dieting, cardio, weights and exercise that target your thighs muscles.
