Just like you I hated my thighs and they were starting to make me miserable. I had no self confidence, and it was affecting my relationship with my husband Mike. I was so embarrassed by my big thighs, they started to ruin my everyday life. I stopped getting undressed in front of my husband, I hated shopping and couldn’t stand trying on new clothes. Skirts and swimwear were out of the question – I practically lived in my old sweat pants.
I’ve never been great at dieting. I hate jogging/running and I really didn’t like the idea of joining a gym… but I decided to give it a shot and signed up. What a mistake… I hated the atmosphere, I felt even fatter and because I couldn’t afford a personal trainer I don’t even think I was using the machines properly. I ended up going about twice a month and yeah… you’ve guessed it, it didn’t work. Another huge waste of time and money.
I was so desperate I started to save for liposuction, that’s how bad my body image was. I knew I wasn’t fat, I just wanted to finally get rid of the flabby areas around my big thighs.
And then… I came across this program that had tons of success stories from women just like me who had seen dramatic weight loss in just a few weeks. The before and after pictures of these women are amazing. I was really jealous that they had these gorgeous new toned bodies and I didn’t. I thought, if all these women can look this good, why can’t I? So… I tried the program and it was exactly what I needed to learn how to tone thighs the right way.
Two months down the road, I’ve managed to lose weight, I’ve got firm thighs… AND I’ve got a super toned butt, wobble free arms and a flat stomach!

I’m really looking forward to my summer vacation this year. This will be the first time in about 10 years that I hit the beach and don’t cover up with a sarong. I can fit into all my old clothes and last month I went crazy with my credit card and bought a whole bunch of sexy new ones. I spent waaaaay to much money, but it was sooooo worth it.
